We also believe that many older homes – built with care, craftsmanship, and in harmony with their neighborhoods–are too often neglected or torn down when they can instead gain new vitality through sensitive design and technology.
Our goal is to successfully marry modern efficiency and living patterns with older, architecturally interesting homes. We do this by preserving the old homes’ architectural integrity and character while introducing state of the art insulation, heating and cooling systems, materials, and technology. We produce homes that are both historic heirlooms of bygone days and efficient, comfortable, durable, healthy homes, well-suited for contemporary living.
