Another award! GPD is excited to announce 346 Highland has just been selected as a winner in the 2020 DOE ZERH Housing Innovation Awards! The U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home program represents the pinnacle of home performance, with just over 6,000 certified homes in the U.S. 346 Highland has been named a winner in the Custom Spec category. This prestigious national award recognizes the home’s performance, design, and commitment to a better living experience.
